Process Overview

Step 1: Create a new account BEFORE you place your order at sensaphonics.com/account/register. You always want to be logged in when placing an order. I would recommend doing this on a laptop, not your phone.

Step 2: Place your order by choosing from the options atsensaphonics.com. You'll receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Step 3: Download and review the impressions guide document, then schedule an appointment with an audiologist.

Step 4: Get your ear impressions made, bringing the impressions guide to ensure proper technique.

Step 5: Ship your ear impressions (along with a copy of your order) via FedEx or UPS (NOT USPS) to:
